"The Cleanest, Most Concentrated and Nutrient Dense Wheatgrass Juice Powder on the World Market. We Guarantee it!"
Why do we juice our Wheatgrass before freeze drying it? Isn't the wheatgrass fiber healthy? No! The fiber in wheatgrass lacks any health benefit and blocks nutrient absorption!
Wheatgrass Juice Powder vs. Wheatgrass Powder
2 teaspoons of Wheatgrass Juice Powder is 24 times more nutrient dense than 1/2 teaspoon of wheatgrass powder that has not been juiced! Some foods like alfalfa, wheatgrass, and barley grass are best juiced to remove all fiber content, which lacks any health benefit and hinders nutrient absorption.
It is packed with living enzymes and nutrient dense enough to be considered one of the most beneficial raw wholefood supplements on earth. Essential enzymes include protease, cytochrome oxidase, amylase, lipase, transhydrogenase, and superoxide dismutase (SOD).
Optimally Organic's Wheatgrass Juice Powder is so nutrient dense that just one teaspoon has the same vitamins and minerals as an entire spinach salad weighing a full 1.76 ounces! It boosts higher levels of vitamin C complex than oranges. It is also a great source of beta carotene, contains most of the B vitamins, vitamins E, H, and K, over 90 different minerals including calcium, magnesium, potassium, iodine, and iron, and 19 amino acids.
